How do I download the SmartHome App?
You can download our SmartHome App by searching "Connexin SmartHome" in the Android and Apple App Stores.
How do I log into the SmartHome App?
Once downloaded, simply register for an account. As long as you have one of our routers connected, it will be all singing and all dancing!
How much does a SmartHome App cost?
The Connexin SmartHome App is free for all our Connexin Fibre customers! We also include ProtectIQ completely free of charge, which offers full network protection as standard!
We do charge a small amount (£5pm) for the ExperienceIQ add-on. This can be upgraded via your portal at portal.connexin.co.uk or by contacting our friendly team on Live Chat.
